Acupuncture worked for me for years by reducing the pain in my knee due to arthritis. In the end my knee just went and I had to have knee replacement. But it held on for so many years because of acupuncture treatment.
I’ll be starting on my other knee sometime in the far future … at the moment it’s ok. 🙏🏼
