I can't really answer this question. My stats are the same as usual, sometimes up sometimes down. Depending on how often I post.

I have a list of writers who I read according to how much time I have. With you, eg., when I've a bit of time, I check your profile and try and read a post or two. I'll check my feed more regularly to see if you appear.
