To achieve what I think you want to achieve, Reyadul, you have to connect to other Medium writers. It’s a good idea to read their posts, especially of those writers you follow, and comment on what they’ve written. And of course clap for their post. I always give between 40 and 50 claps for something I read… unless it’s a complete disaster.

It takes time and effort to build up a relationship. You need to do this if you’d like to be noticed on Medium.
